Took my car for rotation and oil change because I was going on long trip when took my car into you I had nothing wrong took it home fine but now I was on highway going 70 car shakes and when I hit break shakes too until it's down to a certain speed
You all said you tried to get a hold of me I work for you all and finding me shouldn't been that hard since I worked on that day I brought it in you could of called all three other stores to let me know car need rotor you turned but didn't if I didn't have to meet my wife in NC I would of took it back to you so I gave you a 1 star because when you bring a car in that don't shake at all and leave with one that does not good in my book and I work for you all so you could of got ahold of me that is why you got a 1 star I had someone look at the rotors they said they were good but the car needed balance they thought I know nothing about cars so you should of tried harder to get a hold of me and fixed the problem the same day not let me take it thanks for letting me share
I was well pleased in the selection process the Salesman was very helpful in our decision he was very knowledgeable in the options and showed us how everything worked we were never rushed
