BUYER BEWARE! Look closely at the 5 star reviews, FAKE. You will get ripped off here! Way over priced. Pretentious staff. They do not follow through with promises. AVOID

Horrible service. Did not provide loaner car for my mother's 2015 Ford Focus under warranty. Broke down 2 times in 3 weeks had to have car towed both times. Left her without a car for weekend. Power steering issue. Same issue both times. Service department was no help. Once you buy it you better hope you don't need assistance.
Cannot get any help or answers from service
ABSOLUTELY the worse experience every in over 50 years of dealing with car dealers and repairs. My next step is to contact Lincoln Factory Rep to complain about the service department. When I informed the repair dept that I was having my 2000 LS brought in for service because it would not start, I was informed that they could not work or repair this car. They were unable to purchase parts for any car over 10 years old. I think everyone should know this is their practice BEFORE they consider this dealer.
