Took vehicle in explained exact issue, knew the exact issue. Wanted to see if it was covered under extended warranty. It wasn’t no big deal right. Well then I was told they hooked it up for diagnostic which didn’t need done because it wasn’t getting a code it was a specific issue point right to it, it’s a joke for crying out loud, well diagnostic is 80 bucks. Ripoff. Cost to fix issue at local muffler shop. 80 bucks the cost of fake diagnostic. Oh they were nice, cut that in half for only 40, cutting me a deal. Please just don’t buy the extended warranty and take vehicle to local grease monkey that will fix your car. And that diagnostic just run by autozone if you do have a code it’s free. If I could put zero stars I would. I have heard a lot of people in the past speak negatively about this dealership and it definitely lived up to those rumors. Tried to buy a camper from this dealership (yes I know they are a car dealership) but they did not take any steps in assuring us that what they were selling was completely functioning. Before buying they stated that they would make sure nothing was wrong with the camper before we pulled it off the lot and they clearly did not because the air conditioner needed completely replaced. We bought it on a Friday evening and we could not find out any information for what parts were needed until Monday morning. Instead of giving us until Monday morning to gather all the information needed we had to return it by Sunday to get a refund. We even offered to pay half on the repairs on something they sold us before even knowing how much it was going to be. It was very poor customer service all around and they did not do anything to try and make it right. I hope someone reads this review before buying the camper so they do not get ripped off like we did. They sold it to us for $11,300 so don't let them try to sell it to you for way more. Because even if they get the air conditioner fixed the furnace will need replaced very soon too with other parts because the unit that is in there currently is not made anymore. So repairs will be thousands of dollars when it goes out. Please avoid this camper!
