The people who own the place care about the people they was real nice. The rms was super clean & the price was very reasonable. Me & my family will stay there when we visit again. I recommend this place. Very clean & quite we felt really safe. DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY THE COVER
This place needs to close. First, asked for a non smoking room. The room reeked of smoke and I don't know what. Sometime before 6am my door opened and someone stepped in, said oops and turned an left. went to take a shower and felt a hole in the tub under the mat. The sink backed up. And there were spinders an webs on the wall and lamp next to the bed. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE. The man apologized and said he was looking for another room number. Can he not read? He is lucky that I was not one who carries a gun . You just don't" unlock someone's hotel room like that. We left ASAP.

At first glance, it is not the most luxurious place. For me though, customer service goes a long way and that is what my rating reflects. The new owner was very kind and accommodating. When he found out I didn't have a vehicle here, he sent out his maintenance guy to pick up my food order as no one around here delivers.
Also, when the owner saw I wasn't able to get ice from the ice machine, he had ice delivered to my room. The customer service was superb!!!
My family, and I have stayed at this hotel for several yrs, know, and the hotel is under new management, making knew changes, upgrading, know serving continental breakfast, as customers know you can't make all changes over nite it does take time.. housekeeping wrks hard daily. Office employees very nice, and... thank you Jay for upgrading and makeing the hotel a much better stay with wonderful staff
